If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item (without custom engraving, custom jewelry or special orders) in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange. If, however, you decide to return your purchase, we will gladly refund, replace or exchange any unworn or undamaged item within 30 days from the date of shipment.

Forever Diamond Service's (FDS) Unique Pricing Model (UPM) allows our clients to be treated like an insider in this very secretive industry which has been controlled in the past by monopolies, cartels and insider families. Through our UPM we level the playing field and empower our clients by fully disclosing all our costs and simply charging a small service charge on diamond and jewelry purchases.
The Unique Pricing Model used by FDS gives our clients copies all the invoiced costs for their certified diamonds and designer settings and charges a small service charge of 15% (reduced to 10% for costs over $10,000) of the certified diamond's costs plus 20% of the setting's costs. A diamond certificate or diamond grading report is a report created by a team of gemologists. The diamond is evaluated, measured, and scrutinized by an expert under magnification. A completed certificate includes an analysis of the diamond's dimensions, clarity, color, polish, symmetry, and other characteristics. Many round diamonds will also include a cut grade on the report.
Every loose diamond sold by Forever Diamond Service has been analyzed and graded by either the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) http://www.gia.edu/ or the American Gem Society Laboratories (AGSL) http://www.agslab.com/. These two laboratories are among the most respected laboratories in the diamond industry, and are known for their consistency and unbiased diamond grading systems. Diamonds that are accompanied by these grading reports are the most trusted and highly valued.
You can have complete confidence that the diamond you receive from Forever Diamonds is the one you expected based on the grading report your Design consultant sent to you! Every individual loose diamond selected through Forever Diamonds is laser inscribed with the certificate number on the girdle of the diamond for your protection and peace of mind. This number is only visible under magnification. Our diamonds are shipped with their own original certificates and you can always be certain that the diamond you have is the same one described on the certificate with its matching unique number. Now you have confidence - if your diamond ever leaves your possession for cleaning or setting, you can be sure that it has not been switched.
Our INSIDER Diamond Ordering Process means every diamond is hand picked by a top gemologist to assure you get the best stone value within the criteria you set. We can do this because of our Insider relationship with one of the top diamond cutters and manufacturers in the world.
